★Responsible to provide full support and coordination to assist sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
★Responsible to attend to walk-in customer, answering call for customer product enquiry andassist customer to select appropriate parts.
★Assist in correspondence with customer by email and to follow up and resolve customercomplaints.
★Ensure prompt follow up to ensure the stock will be delivered to customer on time.
★In the event not able to fulfill customer requirement on the other or delivery date, contact customerimmediately to provide alternative solution.
★Ensure the payment for all orders have been collected according to payment terms.
★Prepare sales report and other related report. (claim note, return note and exchange)
★Provide technical support to sales team for any related request, inquiry, quotation or confirmation.
★Verify product’s pricing and update new pricing for customer upon request by Sales Executive.
★Communicate and follow up with sales team to achieve monthly sales and collection target.
